omega 3 helps with retaining information also what is L tyrosine
I only heard about it because I asked chatgpt about supplement alternatives for stimulant meds and it recommended L tyrosine (more so for dopamine tho, not sure if it's recommended for studying but idk)

Omega 3 and L Tyrosine are kinda cope. They're good for you anyways and might help a bit but they did not make a noticeable difference for me.

L Theanine + Caffeine is AMAZING, get a bottle of L-theanine pills from the grocery store or amazon for 10 bucks and use it with caffeine. I have ADHD but can't afford actual stimulants like adderall, and this still helps me hyperfocus. Caffeine obviously increases energy and motivation, but it has side effects that make things worse (jittery, high heart rate, etc that are distracting). L-theanine removes these and lowers cortisol/stress, so you get the energy and motivation without any bad side effects.

Use a 2:1 ratio of L-Theanine to Caffeine.

Also, don't use this more than 2-3x per week. Tolerance builds quickly. It's not something that works daily sadly.
