What do you think about my supplement stack, will it help my looks/gym performance/ increase testosterone or is it cope? What does work? Is it significant?

Biotin

Omega-3 (Algal Oil)

D3 + K2

zinc

Beta-Alanine

Ashwagandha

L-Citrulline

L-tyrosine

Taurine

Trimethylglycine/ Betaine Anhydrous

β-Hydroxy β-Methylbutyrate

Fenugreek Extract

Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium

Beet Juice

Sugar, caffeine (preworkout)
 
Might, Check bloodwork before and after and see if its cope or not
 
alright but these are fine, right? I starve max so I need to fix vitamin deficiency and creatine is beneficial ive heard

starvemaxing is bad. really bad. just go in a calorie deficit? how old are you
 
im 18. not starve maxxing just an agressive cut. what do you think about those supplements
d3 + k2 and omega are decent. other stuff is unnecessary. an agressive cut is like minus 700 calories. starvemaxing is like under 1000 calories. just try to eat healthy while cutting
