After doing some research I'm planning on getting

Creatine, L-Citrulline, L-Theanine, Ashwagandha,
and maybe L-Cartinine

How useful are they? Anything else I should get? Should I be wary of any side effects?

wtf, when do i work out then, at midnight? everyone eats fruits and veggies and they have antioxidants

don't take strong and concentrated antioxidants/anti-inflammatories like NAC around your workouts if you care for minutae.

these supplements aren't antioxidants though right?

you shouldn't worry about any of them, no. you have a nice basic stack there. make sure to buy pure l-citrulline powder and not l-citrulline malate as you're getting less of what you want with the latter.

Ok, is it fine if the supplements are combined in some preworkout? any brands you recommend?

creatine and l-citrulline make for a good pre-workout, yeah. add caffeine and l-theanine if you go after that tunnel vision feeling. brands generally don't matter so buy the cheapest you can find. i have no experience with ashwagandha so dyor (brand might matter here).
