Which supplements are important?
I want to take only sciance-based supplies, which have a great looksmaxxing potential not bro science, or one percent better. Ivestition must be returned
 
if you can't spell science you probably have bigger fish to fry than your looks.

Omega 3, taurine, magnesium, d3 + k2, zinc, b12, l theanine, creatine, electrolytes, amino acids

which electrolytes? Most of supplements have more salt than potassium. And what about antioxidants as likopen, beta caroten astxanastine?

Doesn't matter what electrolytes. Electrolytes are electrolytes but you only need to supplement that if you're sweating loads during heavy cardio sessions.

Vit D3 + K2-MK7
Magnesium (depends what form based on what you want from it)
Zinc 20mg
Copper 3mg
Boron 5mg

You can save a lot of money on supplements by simply having the correct diet. Correct nutrition always wins, and instead of spending money on supplements, that could be spent on eggs, high quality natural grass-fed meat, etc.

Also, K2-MK7 variant. People always recommend K2 but miss out on the specific variation which is best, being K2-MK7.
