Can you tell me what should i remove / ADD ? because i know there are many supplements which are totally COPE
I use right now (

- Potassium ( i will switch to potasium powder soon because more MG )
- Calcium
- Betta Carotane
- D3
- Vit C
- Magnessium
- Vit K2
- Caffeine
-lycopene
- Cod Liver oil

Some supplements im considering adding

-Zinc
-Ashwaganda
- Turmeric / Garlic / Curcumin
- Choline
 
Omega fat

And of course ashwaghanda and zinc
 
remove beta c vit c choline ashwagandha and cod liver make sure k2 is mk4 version add boron selenium and vit E
 
Zinc is very good, I reccomend zinc balance from jarrow which has copper so you don't become deficient (zinc depletes copper). KSM 66 ashwagandha also very good for lowering cortisol, which can increase t if you're stressed a lot
 
im only taking vitamin d and probiotics
