Sorry in advance for the yap but im pissed.
In my last thread , Y'all treated me like I was a sub 80iq nigger from a shit hole country.
So ig you all 110+ with knowledge in nutrition from now on.
so I assume yall know what's leptin, so no explanation.
So the guide now,
Differences of leptin levels (in rats) depending on diets.
Glucose double the amount of leptin compare to fructose and regular diet.
And can lead to Leptin resistance.
So stop eating pasta , bread etc.
Seed oil also tends to decrease Leptin sensitivity.
Eating too much increase Leptin resistance.
And now the good stuff,
Proteins can improve your leptin sensitivity.
And fat raises leptin levels as intended not a x2 spike like glucose do.
Plus, I tried it myself and I could be eating an entire meal and be almost full ( 85%)
Then I would eat like a piece of bread and instantly my appetite would go back to 50% full.
crazy shit, try it yourself.
Conclusion :

A high-protein diet induces sustained reductions in appetite, ad libitum caloric intake, and body weight despite compensatory changes in diurnal plasma leptin and ghrelin concentrations - PubMed
An increase in dietary protein from 15% to 30% of energy at a constant carbohydrate intake produces a sustained decrease in ad libitum caloric intake that may be mediated by increased central nervous system leptin sensitivity and results in significant weight loss. This anorexic effect of...
Dietary intakes and leptin concentrations - PMC
Leptin, a peptide contained 146 amino-acids, is mostly secreted from adipose tissue and it has a critical role on regulation of body weight, body fat mass, appetite, and food intakes. We tried to review the previous evidence regarding the effects of ...
Fructose-induced leptin resistance exacerbates weight gain in response to subsequent high-fat feeding - PMC
It has been suggested that increased fructose intake is associated with obesity. We hypothesized that chronic fructose consumption causes leptin resistance, which subsequently may promote the development of obesity in response to a high-fat diet. ...
Leptin and the CNS Control of Glucose Metabolism - PMC
The regulation of body fat stores and blood glucose levels is critical for survival. This review highlights growing evidence that leptin action in the central nervous system (CNS) plays a key role in both processes. Investigation into underlying ...
