I joined a new school just over a year ago and my skin quality hair quality and hair density plummeted. i now have horribly dry skin with discoloration and skincare doesn't get rid of it as I'm going to school everyday and water doesn't wash off the particulates so i could never be bothered to consistently do it during the year.

Pretty sure the air contains pm2.5 particulates and other bs like ozone which is fucking up my hair and oxidising my lipids.

i've been taking 10mg astaxanthin and fish oil recenetly (obviously not expecting it to do much) but just to support lipids and cells as I'm leaving the school for good next week.

I don't mind systemic shit but idk to what extent it will actually help. Topical advice whether it's pharmaceutical or just regular shit like hair oil or something helpful for oxidative stress and telogen effluvium caused by it.

The forums a shithole full of retards now but hopefully someone smart comes across this post and if so, please recommend some action to take.

I purchased a chelating shampoo to fix how my hair feels. It genuinely feels awful and rips out every time i run my hair through it

My scalp is severely inflamed too not sure what to do about that.

asta is potent but also a 5-ar inhibitor i think.
fish oil is goated but wont do much if anything at all concerning your issues,

i think it'll be best to tackle this topically, but thats just my opinion. itll be better to fix them internally in the long run.
either that or change the atmosphere, which is just a little out of your capabilities.

edit: you can use glutathione to fix essentially everything if it is actually oxidative stress, i completely forgot about it when typing this out initially.

i leave the school for good next week luckily. ive noticed during school holidays if i use a chelating shampoo for example to get rid of the particulates etc. my hair actually feels fine after a few days but then i have to go to school again.

my plan is too use it on the last day but then i need something topical that can make recovery rapid

also im aware asta is a 5ar inhibitor but i'm pretty sure its only at really high doses?? - if not i'll probably avoid it asI'm still in puberty
