Surgeon keeps shaking my hand after our appointments when I tell him his surgery didn't work

Is this a subtle NT way of telling me to fuck off? I tried seeing a different surgeon but they just referred me back to him because they only operate on 'virgin arms' and that my original surgeon is a good doctor. What am I supposed to do here? It was nerve decompression that failed.

I think talking to a lawyer or family is a better choice that to ask retards like me
