Surgeon only advice to do genio but jaw angle too high to me

Hey guys , i got a genioplasty planned yesterday for october and i asked the surgeon about ramus lenght and jaw angle he said that it will be fine with genioplasty only . What do you think ? should i change my surgeon ?

I also got an asymetrical chin and that is why i asked about the ramus because of one side being higher than the other.

The prob with ccw rotation is that i don't think that there is a french name for that and i don't know where to go because i can't found french surgeon who did ccw rotation

OP your mouth seems protruding forward you might look like an ape if you get ccw but im not that sure tbh ask it to surgeon. What seems lacking in that photo is paranasal and under eye area projection.

The surgeon just answered my mail he told me that if i wanted to get jaw angle lower , he can order titanium prostheses and we can do that with the genio or after . What do u think about it guys ? should i tell him about the CCW ?

If you do genio alone it will bot ascend you hard

Your mandibule is downward , you need bimax ccw so your mandibule will be more parallel to the ground and you will ascend hard

btw dont listen to people say ont your jaw are protuding, mike mew explained that protrusion is form of récession u need to advance both jaw to rotate the mandibule, this is a quick morph

Yes it looks like it. Also i just realized if you have a malocclusion like that they can flatten your maxilla with braces and after that they can give you ccw. I was wrong while im saying you'll look like an ape after ccw. It can ascend you.

My weight is perfect and i was underweight 6 month ago like 5 kg down my perfect weight it didn't change anything , the problem on my jaw is clear
