Surgeon recommendations for bulbous ethnic nose

Hard to find surgeons that do bulbous noses. Please reccomend some.

Cope. Turkey or Iran mostly do hump noses and some Turkish surgeons have refused to do my bulbous one.

Look in Atlanta Georgia too. Find someone with a lot of good before and afters with dark skin and similar nose to yours.

I don't have dark skin, my nose tip is just a bit bulbous, but thanks.
