How do you know so much about jaw surgery? Learned it yourself or do you got a job in the field?

I need it because i have extreme case of teeth crowding in lower jaw. I will need braces afterwards. He said its possible without upper jaw expansion. But i am a bit sceptical because his idea would not fix my narrow mandibular arches and also didnt include palate expansion.
Still everything would get paid by insurance.

this looks like your bite is too narrow. pushing the front row forward to create more rooms seems kind of impractical imo. wouldn't create an aesthetic look

this would make a birdcel out of you, no visible chin afterwards

ive seen it before, it can be even more barbaric did u know it can be done in the entire lower arch to increase lower thirdy height?

No i learned here and i ready all studies written by surgeon like Alfaro, Raffaini, Sailer or local ones that i know who are experienced

Most info i learned is from studies , i learned the basic here
