Surgeon who takes into consideration facial aesthetics?

I remember in a discussion that some surgeon was brought up who cared about facial aesthetics a lot, which is of course a very good thing.
It was about Eppley just doing whatever his patients want, regardless of what it will look like, but some other surgeon would care more about facial aesthetics.
Does someone know which one?
