Can I force my surgeon to make more millimeter movement if they’re not BP? By the way, I’m getting a bimax and genioplasty. Maybe force is a bit crazy how about suggesting they make more millimeter movement?

Yep, when you're on the operating table and just about to go under anaesthesia, pull out a gun and say give me an extra 4mm or I'm blowing your brains out

Then calmly place the revolver back on the table and lay back down
