Surgeons recommendation

Pagnoni, raffaini, Giant implants, I’ve heard it all, I have also looked at their botch, but who actually had surgeries by them in this forum this year?
Also any other surgeons recommendations would be nice, thanks.

Liam aka Giant is just the designer for the implants, and what I've heard is that he designs him very well but there is some neuance, since there isn't that many resultsraffian only does osteotomies and not any implants, pagnoni is essentially the provider of giants implants along with two Turkish surgeons that also provide giants design. I would also recommend consulting with ramieri, he offers decent implants and is very trust worthy, and you can also ask him to do giants design over is conservative and won't do rimmed implants or supra implants and you will likely have to do a two stage procedure meaning you get trimax and then wait to heal and then put on the implants. With ramieri you can also do a single stage where he puts infra maler and gonial implants (which he calls "implate" ) during surgery although I don't personally think the design for implate looks that good.

biggest botch rate: Turkish surgeons

giant really doesn't have much to do with the botch rate tbh although I've heard that he ghosts people, but the botch really is rarely his responsibility

yo i feel you on wanting solid surgeon recommendations - it's a huge decision! i think ramieri sounds like a good starting point tbh. have you done any research on him yet?
