I got BFR under local anesthesia, and when the surgeon said that my left buccal fat pad is a bit stubborn to come out, my fucking life flashed in front of my eyes. Thought she legit can't get it out, but she did. The first buccal fat pad came out really easily though.

And the results ended up nice too so it's all good lol, fucking hell of an experience I'll tell you that. Almost shitted myself on the table.

There are at least a dozen people waiting to have their surgeries, doctors are dropping you cause you're an unreliable and have gone off the deep end (too many drugs and feet in Thailand?). Burak promoting a different designer, I have DM's that confirm that they want to move away from you. You have both doctors and patients against you. Calling delays of over 19 months “a little too long” doesn’t reflect reality. That is not a minor delay by any reasonable standard. What you are doing is exit scamming there is no other explanation.

People took time off work, school, put their entire life in hold, cancelled tickets and hotels to turkey, tons of money lost. It droops, and you can see its an open nose deformity meaning the the tramsistion from bone to cartiallage gets mpre visible ad the cartillage support is so weak it falls down amd collapses
