MY eye area is so fkn dead that no amount of softmaxxing can save it (apart from eyebrows that I just started working on)
i have this constant stare of constant void and depression.
extreme UEE and the darkest circles.

What would be the highest value surgeries here ?
Thinking fat grafts and ptosis can do the job but wanted to hear more opinions
PS: UNC is 32

Some say supras, some say fat grafts, some say ptosis repair or blepharoplasty. I have the same issues.

It depends, you can't listen to this forum as most of them are literal teenagers and I'm not even insulting that's just the truth

If I had to give you advice I would say go for fat grafts and canthoplasty as implants are risky, but at best go to a good surgeon and explain to them what are your goals.

As I understand it, implants on the supraorbital area are not possible without projecting the brow ridge. Due to needing a reasonable thickness of material for fixation. I’ve never seen any implant result where the implant screws were driven into the upper part of the eye socket rather than the brow ridge.

There is also a big difference in risk between individual supra implants installed by eyelid incision and a full width supra with a coronal incision, less risk of nerve damage.

It's not only about the nerve damage but also about the results, how the implants will adjust with the soft tissue etc... for implants of the eye are I would recommend going to Mario Pagnoni, he is expensive but he is worth it, that's who I'm planning to go with my infraorbital implant surgery

You recommended fat grafts but are still going to do implants , could you elaborate why. Also would both provide lower eyelid support ?

Because the first picture is my eyes and the second is me pushing lightly my lower and the results I actually want, and as you can see it's a bone problem not a fat problem. I recommended fat grafting to him for his upper eyelids, which im also planning to do for my upper eyelids.
