So in 17 and want to know which surgeries I should consider undergoing in the future when I’m around the ages of 21-22. I want to know in advance so that I can research surgeries that I will seriously consider.

I know my eye area is by far the weakest, and I’m hoping it won’t stop me from reaching HTN eve through surgery since I know softmaxxing won’t get me anywhere near HTN.

At the moment I’m thinking supraorbital implants or fat grafting, infraorbital implants or fat grafting, and lip lift.

What do you mean? In the guide it said put camera next to face at eye level - that’s what I’m doing.

I appreciate you saying this but it's simply not enough, and I'm not willing to put on concealer most days to hide my recessed infras, I need a permanent fix.

Thanks anyway though.

I'm confused, I am standing like 1.5-2 meters away from the mirror. Do you want me to stand closer or further back?

Okay sorry for confusion - here are better pics with all photos flipped horizontally for inverted camera effect.

Lip lift to address your long philtrum.

Your mouth is a bit narrow, but there's nothing you can do about that, except harmonizing it with a narrower nose ; however, your nose is nice, with a good shape, so I wouldn't mess with it and move on (mouth to nose width ratio : ~1,35, outside the 1,4-1,6 ideal range).

Your hairline is high, and your forehead is broad. Make sure your hair doesn't recede further back (with the help of hair loss medication, if necessary), and stick to a hair style similar to your current one.

You could fine-tune your chin and jawline definition with fillers. On top of being very much optional, you'll have to reassess your angularity in a few years from now, when you're done maturing and have lost any potential baby fat.

As mentioned by yourself already, your eyes would most likely need some work. The lateral part of the upper lid seems to be drooping too much. And your tear through seems quite deep already. You should consult with a couple of oculoplastic surgeons to gather their opinion and recommendations. @Nahorscend may be able to chime in as he's been geeking out oculoplastics.

Your "side profile" pictures are more 3/4 profile and don't allow to assess properly your upper and lower jaw.

Note that a lip lift can reduce philtrum length without augmenting the upper lip, but I can't mimic this on a 2D morph without altering the placement of your nose or mouth, hence the upper lip augmentation (which can be achieved with a lip lift too, depending on the surgical plan).

Damn mirin your effort man, thanks for all your advice, really appreciate it. Do you want me to send better photos, if so which ones (which profile ect). I’ll look deeper into all this and bookmark your post in this thread. Yeah it’d be great to get more insight from other users, I’ll upload more pics to this thread too.

Frankfort horizontal plane for a realiable side profile pic.

Frankfort Horizontal Plane

Rhinoplasty frankfurt horizontal plane

Don't jut, don't tense your jaw/neck muscles, don't tilt your head, otherwise it will skew the result.

Tag @yussimania for his opinion when you eventually post proper pictures.

Yeah there was no jutting or tensing or nothing in that pic - I know how retarded it is to fraud when asking for surgical advice so no need to worry about that. Also, should I turn my entire body to face to the side when taking my side profile pics, and do I have to invert them too after I've taken the pic? I did that in the previous pics. Lastly, when I take the side profile pic if i am turning my entire body to whichever side I am facing, where should I hold the camera when taking the photo?

Realistically your side is good maybe a genio would better it but atp who cares.

I agree with @vermicel only thing you can change is your very bad philtrum, semi bulbous nose, and under eye.
Preferably you’d need OBO I believe cuz your eyes are close set

On the mean time use some product for your under eye dark

Thanks for advice. Yeah, no way I’m getting OBO. Nobody in their right mind would ever get that surgery. Super unrealistic.

I’ve heard some surgeries can help correct narrow IPD to an extent like zygo implants and some others, idk.
