Surgery advice needed possible rhino soon

Need advice on my jaw and nose specifically, I broke my nose a few months ago in a work accident and I can get rhino covered by insurance, will it make me look too feminine or improve my side at all? Also is my jaw DJS worthy or would just getting implants be fine?

Yes i think bimax would improve you a little bit especially if you can fix your gonial angle a little bit. Generally implants arent that good. You will also want projection rhino

So I shouldn't do implants then? I was thinking jaw angle and infra orbital implants after my rhino. I'd be willing to get bimax if it could save my fucked gonial angle

rhino for what? maybe a septoplasty if you have a deviated septum from the injury

Rhino because my nose bridge didnt heal properly after the break and airway is slightly obstructed, dorsal hump is also much more visible now than it was before. It's possible I'll be getting septo aswell though I'll know for sure next week. Also I've been considering VRO but I don't know if that or angle implants for jaw would be more worth it. I wanted to get my infras and jaw done at the same time, original plan was jaw angle implants and infra implants but I'm considering VRO and fat grafting instead.
