Surgery advice needed

I already am planning a genioplasty when I’m 18 and have everything saved up. Will this be enough or do I need a full on trimax. Either way my next surgery will be liplift + rhino

you don't need genioplasty you need bimax, lip lift is fine but can give you duck lips, rhino is also reasonable

Marked as solution. My parents agreed to a genioplasty when im 18 but how should I go about getting a bimax instead. Would cameo genio still work for me or is it cope?

if ur parents already agreed to genio its fine i guess, but you won't look a lot better cause of ur general jaw, I'm not someone to ask about getting bimax, very complicated process i'd suggest making another post about it

My plan is genio when im 18. 19 rhino to reduce width and liplift. If my jaw still looks weird I can fix it with some filler will this work?

You dont need trimax or bimax genio is fine,you might want to add a gonial implant while youre at it tho to save money
