I was recommended to get a bimax by 1 of my orthodontists, but I wonder if that's gonna fix all problems. My teeth are sunken really far back into my face, but I also have a witch chin, so isn't a forward shift gonna make it even worse? Also I have an upturned nose, is it gonna be more upturned after the surgery? Also, what to do about narrow jaws? Both of my jaws are fairly narrow I'd say, can you widen them somehow?
