Okay let me start by saying I don't know shit about hard surgeries, only have ever done acne scar shit and a half baked rhino

So far my plans are not necessarily in order
Infraorbital rim implants
Revision rhino just the tip
Small custom jaw implant for asymmetry
Upper eyelid fat grafts (not sure about this one)
How much would these surgeries cost me in Europe?
I was thinking of getting the rhino in Iran actually so just count that as 4k USD
So how much would a small jaw implant and infra implants cost?

Depends on the skill, experience and how famous the surgeon is. Then it depends on where he is located geographically.

I've seen people saying they got a chin implant in Turkey for $3000 while getting the same in America or Europe would easily cost $15000.
