you're only gonna know the answer by doing your own research and talking to orthognatic surgeons tbh. if you book a consult they can take you through pricing. some combine some don't.

I was thinking vancover canada but guys here have made me feel only ramieri or todd hanna can do perfect surgeries others will cuck you should i get from a top surgeon in vancover or go to europe I don't know shit about this stuff also could you tell me someone who is a expert in this stuff ?

yeah its doable. would probably be recommended too so you only have to go through one round of general anesthesia.

I'd go for the top surgeons despite it costing more since fucking up your face is worse. Dr Ramieri from Italy, Dr Pagnoni from Italy, Dr. Alfaro from Spain are the first 3 that come to mind.

I think that's good enough, but I have heard Italian surgeons have raised their prices since getting more known for their operations. You'd have to contact them and work on a price.

Todd Hanna is NOT a top surgeon! He js charges insane prices (quoted someone 40k for genio+buccal fat removal recently).
He's botched several ppl BADLY, but usually scares them with legal action after so they are unwilling to talk. ive talked with 3 personally so far but theres def more. and saw this new one recently on reddit:
