Surgery for asymmetry

What surgery’s would I need for bad asymmetry, on my jaw, cheekbones, all my right side of my face basically is down grown

symmetry is something made by a variety of factors influencing the look of your face, you're surely gonna need osteotomies but you might end up having bone grafts and other stuff. Or you could just get fillers but faking bone just looks bad and is easily recognisable.
