There's custom forehead implants (Barry Eppley does them iirc)
But lol, this forehead shape will not have that much of an impact in your looks tbh it isn't even a flaw

a sloped forehead is not a failo by any means, if anything it adds to ur masculinity...

it needs to be severely sloped with a high hairline to failo you

the guy in the OP has it just slightly sloped, balding is the problem

other features are far more important, rather get hairline lowering than those implants

Skull shape depends upon phenotype, not much you can really do as far as im aware.

There is something called forehead reduction surgery, I havent researched it enough to know how it works or the side effects though
