Surgery for vertically LONG NOSE?

How could this guy get a better midface from front to ascend?
Is it possible to remove bones(so no injection) and get vertically smaller nose(divided by 2 only keep 2/3 of the nose), then how to remove distance between nose and month?

without even removing distance between nose and month it looks perfect, just divided nose from front

To answer you question though OP, this flaw can't be fixed because the nasal bone can't be shaved.

And also, this only applies if your nose catillage is droopy, not if your actual nasal bone is too long.

there is no nose in the world that has +4 cm of bone and the nose isnt upturned that much.

they can shave the bone if you need but its more invasive.
