I want to improve my look through surgery ( genio, jaw cheek infra supra implants, canto, mouth widening). I'm still young (22) and I don't want to ''ascend'' ( right now I'm a 4.5/10 at best so a 6/6.5 would be perfect) to slay or to impress people, Just for myself. This decade I Will work on money and I will do a couple of surgeries every year. Is It worth It and how much Will I spend ? I'm

it depends how busy and how much money you have a your disposal. Some super invasive surgeries could be out of the question if your really busy. The ones you mentioned are expensive but the recovery isnt too horrid so you can maybe get them done. If i were you I would start off with some cheap fast not too invasive surgeries and work your way up. This all depends on your situation tho.
