So during the summer I posted a bit asking about what surgery I need and decided as minimum I need a genioplasty. I was able to convince my parents to get me a genioplasty and maybe an alar base reduction as a highschool graduation gift this summer. A month ago I had my consultation and am getting CT scans in maybe a week or two after insurance determines whether they will cover it or not. All i'm left doing now is to wait until then and money max for future procedures.

As for how life is as currently I still consider myself an LTN I js got a girlfriend (alt bitch w blue hair ) and have 7k saved up. I have 4 months till I graduate highschool and go to college which I got accepted to. Im getting my credit card when I turn 18 in 3 months and gonna order test + other stuff to a ups mailbox or my girls house if we still together by then. Still trying to meet up with bitches on tiktok since I js hit 1.2k on there. So far all im doing is waiting till the start of summer when I get my surgery done. I also MAYBE convinced my parents to get me an alar base reduction since im gonna be under anesthesia anyways.

So ye if you guys have any suggestions for what I should do to try and ascend lmk and ill keep everything updated.

Yeah if you can already get at least some girls there is no pressing need to rush surgery, it’s better to save up for the ones that will really ascend you.

I talked with the surgeon he said my teeth and bite are perfectly aligned and all i'd need is a really high mm genioplasty movement. I tried asking for bimax and he said no

Yeah I was thinking either commisuroplasty or liplift afterwards. She left me but I got to finger her so idc. Also the genioplasty is covered by insurance and possibly happening in march
