- 2 months before BSSO: Fat grafting to paranasal region, temples, undereeyes and Pinnaplasty aka otoplasty
- Post BSSO healing: Cheekbone implants & Gonial implants

No, im not larping, I have payed off orthodontics for BSSO nearly, and also nearly have enough saved for BSSO itself.
For the other procedures I will get a loan.

Loans without any collaterall have insane intrest rates, unlikely that it will go under 20% you might end up paying 1k a month in just interest

It was a minimum,not a definite number used to calculate the 1k,the 1k is in case of a higher interest rate

It doesnt really work like that, if ur airway isnt comprimised - mine isnt - u wont be able to get it covered.

If u do get it covered they usually hand u over to NHS surgeon, which wont give a shit about what u have to say about aesthetics as risk of complications increase linearly with mm of movement.

ofc its designed to correct occlusal or airway issues, for me once bimax was indicated for sleep apnea, the surgical plan inherently involves skeletal movement that impacts facial aesthetics, there’s no way to completely separate function and form so they just agreed. i guess it depends how u propose it to the surgeon n ur insurance policies/region
