Surgery plan is it good, any changes?

Gonna go to turkey as good price, I am 17 now so will get at around 19. I have the money so will definetly get surgery.

Need to post a better side profile, but you would probably benefit with more projection of the jaw. Reducing your chin to philtrum ratio substantially would be a mistake same with the lip lift.

I think the main issue is that your zygos have no anterior projection and some paranasal recession making your middle third look flat/caved in.

Also, did you not see the botched turkey result that was posted?

No I didn’t see it any way to link it? I’m new to org and hardmaxx ing tbh so idk what I’m talking about, any tips on what to do then? My lower third is long and that’s why I mentioned trimming it

Do you have any bite issues? Bimax with counter clockwise rotation would help with jaw projection, a squarer jaw and slightly reduce your chin if you can find a reputable maxfac to perform it. That should also help with the recession in the area I've marked below but will still leave you with recessed infraorbitals.

You'll need to look into where to get surgery, I'm assuming you are in the UK from the manchester united jersey. I've heard that the surgeons there are really conservative so probably not there.

Chin shortening would happen happens at the same time during the bimax/genio. There are infraorbital implants with variations like infraorbital-malar implants which is what you would need for the anterior projection. Yeah I reckon you can push HTN, you've got a strong base.

Thanks, I’m Irish so same thing I’d say. Is turkey a no go then? I heard if you go to a good clinic it’s good and way cheaper then places like uk, us etc. will I just have to match my chin with my philtrum then and not get lip lift? Cos my philtrum is kinda long
