Surgery plan opinions?

My plan so far is fat graft for lower and upper for eyes, genio for mandible length along with implants to fix my inward gonions. Might add graft to upper lip since I don't want anything dramatic for it since looking like a fag is probably worse than this. Added frauded image, not sure if its a real fraud since I always seem to hold my head too angled down but i could be coping. Main thing I really want to fix is the area around my mouth since it seems to protrude out and give me a pug/monkey face but I have a normal bite so its not any protrusion and probably just because of my mandibular length. I have a gonial angle of around 116, mandibular plane of 15, mandibular recession of 6.63 (brutal), convexity of 154 (also brutal), forehead inclination of 17, and ramus-mandible of .87 (triple brutal). Obviously ratios aren't everything, but all these unideal ratios could be fixed with a genio alone, right?

Chin needs projection, lip filler and under eye grafts would be a good plan

Dont think you need the jaw angle implnats. You jaw is wide and you have a tall ramus. The look you describe does not come from the bones it comes from the muscle

Wtf do I do about it? Heard muscle deactivation exercises are cope but is that just everyone here saying anything that isn’t bimax is cope? Botox would work but then my lips would look more uncanny I think

What would u do to fix the protrusion around my face? Is it just prominent because of the weaker chin or lip or something else?
