No under-eye support, negative orbital vector, slightly positive canthal tilt, bad eyebrows, good (but could be better) eyelashes, prominent long asymmetrical nose with a bump, underdeveloped maxilla (and probably mandible), too low gonial angle (90*), very tall ramus, close-set eyes, somehow has an ogee curve, sloppy forehead (3.5 fingers long), asymmetrical facial thirds, very bad midface ratio, poor bigonial width, not full lips and also not long

From front I look hltn, from the side, I looks like a uncanny subhuman

I got recommendation from the doctor on extended Le fort 1 so maybe he will give me lefort 2 recommendation, also, from xray, I actually have good bones, they rather misplaced, so maybe Le fort 1 is gonna be enough.

But rotation is limited with these cuts
If your bigonial is too low, wouldn't you want rotation of your jaws?
Also what makes you want a Cheiloplasty?
Do you have horizontally narrow lips? If so what caused this?

i have narrow upper palate and yes, i have somewhat full lips, but they are narrow, prolly cuz of narrow upper palate

Luckily, I didn't do shit, cause I was measuring myself WRONG. I am genuinely shocked that I thought I needed this. Tbh, my surgery stack after estimating ratios and angles correctly is: Custom LeFort 1/2 and BSSO then Mandible Angle Reduction and T-Osteotomy then Zygoma Reduction then Rhinoseptoplasty then Upper Lip Lift then Facial Fat Grafting then Skin Resurfacing

it's interesting... I don't know if I'm gonna make it first or if I'm gonna be in my 30s.
