Lose weight, fat grafts, train neck, gymmax, LL, skin, colouring, hopefully that’s enough for mmtn

If I do all of this I will be low to mid htn I have good features but death tier falios which are chin infraorbital(eyebags) skin so I will fix that first I morphed myself I can def reach htn
