-nasal tip reduction

-alarplasty (reductive)

-Infraorbital implants

-jaw angle implants (for more flared gonial appearance an taller ramus)

Lmk if anyone can verify this is the optimal combination, like lowkey bro roiding is cope my dimo isnt going up unless i hardmax
