it wasnt even that bad to begin with. surgery was unnecessary in her case

It seemed like her pupils were at different heights despite her orbitals being at the same level, so if you only look at the orbitals it looks like they made it worse.

Wouldn't a orbital floor implant been better in this case? I believe I seen them used to adjust eye position. Or just soft tissue manipulation in the orbital. @RealSurgerymax
