A ugly guy gets surgery and now looks much better surely his life will be better? WRONG your life will probably be the same cause you still act the same. Most ugly people don’t know how to interact with others and are really awkward. So when you have this new face and approach a woman you’re still gonna act like a weak scared little girl. Don’t just surgery max fix your confidence and learn to talk to people. Obviously looks matter most.
