Whats the most noticeable flaws?? The ones I can cure with surgery. I was thinking for my infras , my nose and my gonian angle but idk.

Let me put it clearly for you : you're extremely insecure about your looks, you absolutely do not require surgery, and if even if you did try some procedure (which I can't even imagine, what would you fucking need to get done anyways?) it simply would not be worth the risk of botching.

Just go out and have fun, because you genuinely can. You do not belong in this forum.
