so yea just wanted to make a post for any high iq advice, suggestions regarding movement or surgeon choice.

Right now i am deciding a surgery plan as well as which surgeons to consult
Here's the list of surgeries im considering
lower and upper blepharoplasty
lateral and epicanthoplasty
Bimax (lefort 1 + bsso)
rhinoplasty
lateral commissuroplasty
some details for the bimax
- Bimax (BSSO + Lefort 1) with CCW Rotation
- implants: I’m leaning towards custom PEEK infraorbital implants and custom implants for supraorbitals, zygos and my full lower jaw. However I don't even know if its possible to do Bimax + Midface + Jaw implants in a single op?
- Genioplasty: this is still undecided
SURGEONS?
I am planning to visit ramieri or pagnoni
- from what i've read I am leaning towards pagnoni as he seems to be the best choice for an ascension and is more willing to do bigger more risky to ascend you in his opinion, I've also heard that ramieri is known to underadvance while pagnoni does the opposite and could overadvance.
- I also saw somewhere that ramieri is nicer to people when it comes to revision unlike pagnoni who could ignore you completely when you press him about it. Ramieri is also apparently safer but also not as good when it comes to pagnoni for genioplasty.
- as for raffaini i've read some pretty bad thing about him and he's known to photoshop his results, not to mention he apparently doesn't listen to his patients at all and charges close to double what pagnoni charges for Bimax
- I also saw a pretty scary post about andreishev and probably won't be going for him, heres the link to the post if you wanna check it out.

For the other surgeries i'm thinking of doing them in thailand after hearing about the mogger results. I wont mention the clinic so they don't hike up the prices.
I'm open to any HIGH IQ ADVICE or suggestions regarding to movement and surgeons. Please be brutally honest with feedback , thanks.
