surgery to get opry shaped eyes

opry's eyes are just fabulous. vertical upper lid line. vertical lower lid line. narrow. extremely horizontally wide, lots of white on either side of iris. gandy and chico are up there.

then look at robert downey jr below. ignoring eye color, his eyes are much rounder and less horizontally wide.

are there any surgeries that can take robert downey jr eyes and make them opry shaped? (ignore color)

what do you say? this is a hard topic to search because "widen eyes" usually refers to vertically wide (aka tall) eyes. usually for asians. which is NOT what we want here.

so that seems like it will help for the part of the whites between the iris and the nose. is it more whites or more pink?

is there anything for the whites on the far side of the iris? imo this is where opry's eyes really stand out. eg compare to chico
