Surgery with Vreck. Disappointed

hello everyone.

I had operation with vreck in 2024 and first consult was FaceTime then in person before surgery.
he did a lower eyelid retraction with alloderm placed under. the results were great first few month and then my eyes started to go back to how they were before operation. now, I went back to him and he told me he's against fat graft and recommended implants.

this is my first time on this forum still getting the hang of it. if anyone can DM me and give me insight on what to do next? I feel like I paid 6k for filler and my concerns weren't addressed.

He is an eye surgeon

And Well that's one shouldn't overpay for surgeries because if you don't have any money left after it then guess what like what would you do

He’s actually right about the implants those would be a permanent better result then filler or fat grafting But you send No pics

Also how did u pay 6k for filler? Its like $600 a syringe

thank you for the correction. I do have the money its just I did a lot of research just to get disappointed after.

the surgery itself that I got was 6k, but I said he used alloderm under lower eyelid. im having trouble uploading pics here from my Mac, idk why. ill try my phone instead

I think he Is good at fat grafts but it could be that he maybe is bad at making the fat last?

Fat can disappear when losing weight and in unfortunate cases the fat can get into your lungs and could even kill you but that always depends on the surgeon and there is always a surgeon that is better at thing X and worse at thing Y
