So far ive done most softmaxxes discussed on this forum and I have scheduled a hairtransplant with Dr Erdogan in turkey in 3 weeks. I did all the autist calculations and I basically score within the 'good range' on all ratios (for the front view) except my forehead is too big. This will be partially fixed by the hairtransplant. Still im not chad at all. And yea my side profile is obviously not good. Anyway, what surgeries would ascend me?

What about my jaw tho? My bizyggo to bigonial ratio is 1.1. 1.35 is optimal according to some autist calculation. But im not gonna narrow my jaw lol. I could use more forward projection for sure but my bite is perfect. So a genio?

I'd recommend you just softmaxx. Primarily just getting darker hair, everywhere on your face. Head hair, facial hair, eyebrows, eyelashes.


As for surgery you should look into fillers or implants to lengthen your ramus and get you more chin projection. It will also have the added benefit of helping your hyoid. Something live what I've drawn below just be a bit more conservative with chin projection.

Your hyoid is low because you have a short little mandible. You need bimax.

Your maxilla is recessed as well. You need CCW bimax to rotate your occlusal plane.

Yes, it was just a quick drawing. Don't base any plans off of that lol.

But you get the idea, increase ramus length and chin projection so you get rid of that massive hyoid and compensate for your lack of forward growth. It should be able to mask it very well, especially if you grew some stubble so it's easy to differentiate between your ramus and neck.

You have a good base and pretty damn good zygos... your high hairline and jaw are holding you back though. Based on pics alone you can't really tell what you need for a more Chad jaw so get some CT scans, your maxilla looks fine though it's just your jaw is short. Based on CTs, you could go the bimax route or just jaw angle/ramus implants plus a genioplasty. Fixing those two things plus softmaxxing with gym plus a decent tan would benefit you.
