I'm 17, 30 lbs overweight. Should I go to a surgeon and get all the other stuff done, like braces, or wait until I lose weight? I was also wondering if Marpe is coping? ive seen mixed reviews from people here, and what surgeries should I get since I have a recessed mandible and maxilla. Money isn't an issue i come from a wealthy family. Or do I just end my life lol.

You can always consult with orthognathic surgeons to explore your options. Based on these 2 pictures, I'm not convinced you actually need jaw surgery, besides a sliding genioplasty to advance your chin laterally (it looks good already from the front). Your maxilla and mandible don't strike me as being recessed. How is your occlusion ?

And, yes, once you are significantly leaner with a clear skin, I think you will be quite good-looking. Ordinary, but it shouldn't hold you back. Here's a morph showing roughly what you may look like (I didn't make you skinny, just leaner) :

Based on this pic, your main remaining flaws would be the narrow mouth, moderate nose bulbousity, and tear through in the undereye.
Mouth width can't be fixed satisfactorily. And your full lips and healthy rosy tinge kinda make up for the lack of width.
Nose width is not awful and could be left as is, as the transition from bridge to tip is harmonious. Having it refined could generate an improvement, but choose your surgeon carefully.
The tear through might get worse as you lose facial fat. It'll have to be reassessed once you're lean.

since i was a kid my tear was bad as i gained fat it actually got better some how now that im loosing weight it is more seen.
