Surgerymaxxing advice?

I’ve kind of accepted my bones are terrible, I thought i couldn’t afford surgery but actually looking i can afford most things that aren’t like Lefort in the next ~2 years. What do I need badly js so i can think long term?

Woah never mind holy shit looked up lefort 3 before and after and they were genuinely gross so i’m not doing all that. Would rather accept im ugly, get bimax, and fraud with long hair than do all that.

Nah id focus on gettling lean before doing anything else so you can actually see your bone structure before you plan to spend 100k on surgeries that you'll probably never end up getting.

Reminder - if you've never been lean, you don't know wtf you look like and you can't claim to be deformed or recessed or any other BS (my pics inside)

Yeah i'm gonna spend a good 2 years doing that minimum since I don't have the money lying around yet anyways, i'm just trying to think ahead. The only surgery I think there's more than a 50% shot I do is rhinoplasty and maybe some fat grafting to get rid of UEE.
