like less then 1 in 10 ugly ppl can actualy ascend for surgery i aggre,first picture is accurate and says alot bc if you have all mtn features then its near impossible to ascend bc you have no failos you cant get surgery on anything and eye area always caps you at a limit,htn eye area=htn face most times ,only ppl with lets say really bad noses can ascend bc rhino is easy and they already have a good jaw/eye area which matters the most

Yup, surgery is pretty limited in what it can realistically do most of the time

Everyone who ascended to chad surgically was already somewhat gl beforehand (Amnesia, Salludon (he is more of an example of creating halos, but he got rlly lucky with it, most would just botch themselves), etc..)

Even Blackgymmax had a good base to ascend to htn+ with surgery, as most of his unfixable stuff was good, only lacking in stuff that can be fixed surgically, and even then he still looks a lil uncanny now, but he is a genuinely rare case with this type of thing, as most ppl who are sub5 (excluding those who are just overweight) have unfixable failos holding them back

it all depends on the quality of the surgeon and the actual expectations of the client. Generalising doesn't help here.

I agree that many people overestimate what they'll look like after surgery.

But when done sensibly and when different procedures harmonise well with each other surgerymaxxing can be pretty great. Just comes down to not being botched or uncanny, which highly depends on the surgeon's skills and the client's demands.
