i was bored and i made a really shitty morph (first morph ever)

i made the gonions wider and lowered them, made the chin a bit sharper, reduced the tip of your nose and tried to make the nostrils a bit more symmetrical, widened the zygos a bit, made your medial canthus a bit longer (just wanted to see how it would look lol) and tried to give you a more neutral canthal tilt.

i doubt this is realistic with implants, maybe fillers for the chin and zygos (and maybe the jaw).
vermicel is deffo way better fit for the job in regards to making a more realistic morph, but i thought i'd share anyway cus why not.

Based on those recent pictures, you won't make it to chadlite. Not the right base to achieve such a goal. You can improve your looks, but the overall progress may not be very dramatic from the front (or not as dramatic as you wish it to be). However, it might still be worth the trouble depending on your mindset, self-esteem, and wealth.

As mentioned earlier by @koops, this haircut is not doing you any favour.
If you're noticing some miniaturization in the temple peaks and along the hairline, you should hop on finasteride/dutasteride + minoxidil as soon as possible.
If you have no sign of hairloss, then there is zero excuse for such a haircut

So first things first : you've got some softmaxxing to do, and you can start it off before any surgery is actually booked & done.

> your pores are enlarged all over the midface and lower-central forehead. I don't know if you can fix that with tazarotene/tretinoin, microdosed isotretinoin, and some laser treatment. Search/Ask in the main looksmaxing forum.
> your eyebrows need to be fuller and more contrasted. The medial part should be taller, at least on par with the lateral part (which is currently taller). Use minoxidil + microneedling, and reshape them slightly for an optimal result.

As for hardmaxxes :
> genioplasty to advance the chin horizontally and to augment it vertically
> filler (Radiesse, Juvederm Volux) to add some volume to the mandible and gonion
> (septo?)rhinoplasty ; radix augmentation (graft), dorsum straightening, etc.
> infraorbital implant and/or fat grafting in the undereyes
> canthopexy, lower lid retraction, other(s) ?, to fix your right eye (left in the picture)
> otoplasty

I know, the modified haircut in the front profile "after" is just as bad as the original one but at least it corrects the temple width and gives a better sense of your vertical proportions.

I'm not a plastic surgeon and my assessment is only based on a pic, so I can't realistically tell you "everything" that you need to know
Based on my morphs :
- radix augmentation with some type of graft (side profile)
- minor dorsum shaving to get a straighter line (side profile)
- reduced nostril exposure (side profile)
- straightened dorsum (front profile)
- tip refinement (front profile)
- alar plasty for your left ala / right in the pic (front profile)

And that's basically it.

I noticed the thinner upper lip, but your philtrum isn't tall/long, so proceeding with a lip lift to make the upper lip taller may not achieve a convincing result.

Your main unfixable failo is the long midface.
Ideally, (1) your eyebrows would be set lower, thus reducing the gap with the eyes ; (2) your whole orbital structure would be more compact and set lower ; (3) your nose would be shorter ; (4) your mouth would be set higher ; (5) your upper lip would be taller.

Another significant unfixable failo is the eye shape.

Below, I morphed what I deem to be a legit chadlite (some people will always nitpick and underrate, but this is a remarkably good-looking and rare face imo). You will notice how the two aforementioned unfixable failos have been corrected, among other things.
