im starting to get worried these were my movements 5-6mm impaction ( maxilla brought upward) and 2-3mm forward movement , my question is im 3 week post op and I still look horrible, I saw some friends and they are telling me I look like a high schooler, now and that I lost all my masculine character, anyways did anyone get the surgery or is experienced and can help me know if its swelling giving me these horrendous cheeks or the impaction was too strong and now I permanently look like a happy kid ?

im just worried he over corrected since my two front teeth still do not show when I smile as hard as I can and , so far ChatGPT said me pre op was more attractive 4 times in a row im worried I got those huge cheeks .... did u get lefort or can I dm u ?
