Switching from tret to accutane

Normally been using 0,025 tret for almost a year. Asked my pharmacist for accutane and got 4 packs of 30x10mg tablets. Won’t be back to Turkey In atleast 2 months so I can’t really use high doses I guess. Should I:
Only use 10mg Accutane
Use 10mg Accutane + 0,025 Tret
Use more than 10mg?

Start with Accutane and then add tret back into the mix if it's not working for you

Use both. isotretinoin works systemically and doesn’t bind to RARs or RXRs on the skin the way tretinoin does.

Accutane works very well, but beware of
possibly permanently dry skin afterwards

Been using tret for years inconsistently alr got permanent dry skin from it
