guys let’s be real it has no fucking point doing splits if you are natural ,
all the blood pressure and cortisol daily to hit a specific muscle group and you hit it once a week that’s not optimal for growth
if you take roids by all means it’s good cuz you have protein synthesis for days and a week as natural every 48 h it goes down

just do the basic compounds 3-4 sets , really stimulate the muscle not beat yourself u each maximal for an hour and get the fuck out rest a lot and don’t forget your 3.5 L water intake , and eating more protein cuz full body you gotta eat more protein and nutrients

I just train what isnt sore and abs twice weekly lol

i have a bro , that does splits since years he is really big guy but also takes trt , he build his physique with splits , but it really messed him up especially mentally

yeah full body is the way also watch Alpha 3D Team explaining why

splits still work but take a lot longer i’m also used to do splits but longterm it stresses you out
it’s fucking time consuming all that excess time you could put into your money-making and skills

It's probably better science based to not do split but I enjoy doing It tbh

if you enjoy it bro then do it , it all comes down to consistency but for me i gotta change up cuz it doesn’t fit anymore it stresses me a lot

looking good , just having a good amount of muscle mass with visible six pack is enough to be a sexual desirable option
Im not lean and my waist is big thats the problem.

Tbh I think the best is push-pull-legs
