What do you mean by symmetry? I saw tens of thousands people in my life and I saw like handful of people with visible face asymmetry. 99,99% of people have symmetrical faces. If you are that 0.01% of people with fucked up face then yes, but if you are the person who isn't 100% symmetrical - you are coping.

Yeah, I am on same boat. Go to jaw surgeon and he will tell you what's off. In my case my condylar bone is longer on one side and my face is asymmetrical because of that. It can be treated but I will never have symmetry of normal person. No person ever told me that my face is fucked tho. Still fucks with your head and rips your confidence.
