did you get over-resected? many such cases!

No, I wanted narrow, but my alar base reduction was not significant. Also I wanted tip refinement, but the tip is actually more bulbous now. I'm 8 months out, so swelling is still possible.

On the other hand, nose no longer downturned, doesn't bend when smiling, and shape is much improved. I look 50% better in photos, but I might get a revision to narrow it futher.
