supraphysiological levels of T3 is good for bone growth if combined with a cathespin k inhib, or i guess a biphosphate but that will be worse. T3 upregulates osteoblasts hugely but it also upgregs osteoclasts leading to people with hyperthyroid getting osteporosis. A cathespin K inhib like Ondanactib stops osteoclasts from breaking down bone while still letting them signal to osteoblasts to make more new bone. Biphosphates still do some of that effect by just killing the osteoclasts, Cathespin K inhibs mog tho cause biphosphates stop osteoclasts signalling to the osteoblasts while cathespin k inhibs let them signal. So combining a cathespin K inhib with T3 would cause lots of bone growth esp perisoteal appostion which how the facial bone growth happens. Id also say you should be on roids doing this as T3 also breaks down muscle so you downt want to lose muscle.
